Garfil Parks Lab provides AI-generated, personalized fitness and workout plans based on information you provide (fitness goals, equipment access, experience level) and, where authorized, health data synced via Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• The Service provides general fitness information and AI-generated workout suggestions for informational and educational purposes only.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
• You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or health complications resulting from your use of workout plans or recommendations provided by the Service.
• We do not guarantee any specific fitness outcome, and results may vary based on individual factors.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription, processed via Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable App Store or Google Play refund policies, as payments processed through those platforms are subject to their respective terms.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Health Data and Third-Party Integrations

• Use of Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect integrations is optional and requires your explicit permission.
• You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party health platforms (e.g., wearables, HealthKit, Health Connect).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful information
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including AI-generated workout plans, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Garfil Parks Lab or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time via the App's account deletion feature.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garfil Parks Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service — including reliance on AI-generated fitness recommendations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email, and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
